Born June 28 in Atlanta, GA, Dennis Chapman has spent his entire life in the Atlanta area where he traveled the World for work.

Educated in the Atlanta area and attended college at Dekalb College and Georgia State University.

During his time in school Chapman was trained to play woodwinds in elementary, High School and College. Holding a Musicians Union Card, Chapman had the opportunity to play with some of the larger bands in the Atlanta area. In addition, he was co-founder of 4 small “rock” bands. From Glenn Miller, to classical, to popular sixties and seventies music Chapman has played many types of music scores. He continues to play with 2 Wind Ensembles, Alpharetta City Band and Southern Winds every week plus around 20 concerts during the year in the North Fulton area.

However early on Chapman realized music was great fun, but a tough way to make a living. During school he like all of the young people at that time was working part time jobs and playing music. Through these outlets he found how much he enjoyed meeting and “selling”. So off on a career of sales for the remainder of his life until his recent retirement.

Picked up early by a distributor and later a major manufacturer who was in the need of an East Coast Sales manager, Chapman began what would be his career working in the Swimming Pool and Sap Industry.

From the position of Sales Manager for a major chemical manufacturer to President of a waterproofing membrane firm, Chapman traveled the world introducing, training and running major divisions for several major companies in the industry.

After many years in the corporate world, Chapman saw his strength with helping small companies get started, turned around or re-organized which he did for his last 25 years in business with his own small Consulting Company.

Chapman and his wife Barbara, reside in Alpharetta, have two children and 4 Grandchildren. Life has been good to me and our family. I thank God each day for the Blessings he has sent our way.
